This small Foothills village holds more culinary delights than anyone deserves. Longview is the place for Foothills Foodies. They’ve got beef, beer, baking and are the place to stop when traveling the southern stretch of the Cowboy Trail. We don’t want to spoil the surprise, but we don’t call it Longview for nothing – the panoramic views from the hill are worth the stop.
